Can Red Clover Tea Help With Perimenopause?

Let’s face it…perimenopause has a way of sneaking up on you, especially since so many of us grew up without hearing a peep from our elders about this roughhhh chapter in our lives. One day you’re sleeping fine and feeling steady, and the next you’re wide awake at 3 a.m., feeling like your bed just turned into a sauna, and wondering when your emotions decided to stop following the rules.
