Holidays are pretty much right in our laps and I had to hop on and share my favorite self-care themed stocking stuffer ideas! (I mean, seriously, is it just me or is each year flying by faster than the last?!).
If you’ve been following my blog or YouTube channel, then you know by now that I take all things health, wellness, and self-care very seriously. These are topics I love sharing about because I know how important they are. I love sharing everything I learn and love, and….because I also have to remind myself to slow down and take care of myself in this all-too-hectic world!
I’ve told you before how I like to keep things realistic and attainable. Self-care in my world (and most of yours, I bet!) rarely, if ever, means taking a weekend away, going to a spa, or spending really too much time or money on myself. I have to force myself to carve minutes out of any given day to make sure that I am staying healthy and treating myself to something that makes me feel good.
That’s why I decided to curate this year’s list, because everything on it is useful, good-for-you, fun to use, and doesn’t take a lot of time and effort to incorporate into even the busiest of schedules. I also wanted this guide be all about the stocking stuffer sized items, because….I don’t know about you….but I find it VERY challenging to think of creative gifts to fill stockings with for the teens and adults in my life. Little kids are easy…give them a few treats, stickers, and dollar store trinkets and they’re good! Us older folks? Not so much, ha!
So, because I know it’s gift shopping crunch-time, I’ll get straight to my list of goodies without anymore storytelling or distractions!
